At The Ü Clinic, we provide counselling services tailored for children and teenagers (up to 18 years of age) and, where necessary for their parents. Our goal is to support both physical health and emotional wellbeing in a safe, age-appropriate environment.
Our Approach
- Child/Teen-centred care: We work sensitively with young people, respecting their developmental stage, autonomy, and confidentiality (where appropriate).
- Safeguarding & best interests: All clinicians adhere to UK safeguarding standards. We ensure any consultations or interventions are in the best interests of the child or adolescent.
- Flexible access: We offer in-person and virtual consultations (video/telephone) with careful protocols to ensure privacy, consent, and safety.

What we offer:
- Individual counselling (age-appropriate modalities)
- Family or parent sessions, where appropriate

- Coordination with GP / medical care to ensure holistic support.
Our counsellors are qualified and experienced in working with children and adolescents. We adhere to professional standards and ethics (e.g. supervision, safeguarding, confidentiality)

- Counselling session (45–60 mins): from £75
Important Notes & Safeguards
- If we believe specialist paediatric or mental health care (e.g. CAMHS) is needed, we will advise and assist with referral.
- Counselling with minors is always carried out under strict safeguarding protocols (e.g. disclosures, risk assessments, confidentiality boundary setting).
- Consent, confidentiality and information sharing are handled carefully, always striving to safeguard the young person while engaging parents/guardians appropriately.
